About Me

Claire graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a certified member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).

With over 28 years of experience as a Holistic Therapist and Reflexologist, Claire has supported many clients in restoring their health and wellbeing. Her deep passion for natural health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine continues to guide her practice today.

Her mission is to help you optimise your health, educate and empower you, and demystify the preconceptions around nutrition and wellness, providing practical, science-informed, and holistic guidance tailored to your unique needs.

My Story

My journey to becoming a Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist began when my own health started to decline. I experienced a range of symptoms from digestive issues and food sensitivities to hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and debilitating vertigo caused by an undiagnosed condition of vestibular migraine.

​

After years of seeking help through conventional routes from GPs, consultants, physiotherapists and medication it was a chance conversation with a friend that led me to a functional medicine nutritionist. Within six months, I was off all medication and finally beginning to feel like myself again.

​

This experience transformed my life and inspired me to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, building on my background as a holistic therapist and reflexologist. I discovered how, when given the right conditions through nutrition, diet, lifestyle and environment the body has an incredible capacity to heal and restore balance.

​

Today, I use a naturopathic and functional approach to help others uncover the root causes of their symptoms and support their body’s natural healing processes. Having lived with a chronic condition myself, I understand how challenging it can be and how powerful the right support can make you feel.

​

The body will always try to heal itself — it just needs the right conditions to do so.
