Working with Claire

Many women can feel isolated and sometimes dismissed and feel they are left to get on with it. My approach is to investigate the underlying issues. Nourishing our hormonal health can improve these symptoms significantly and I work both with HRT or as an alternative approach, whatever a women decided there is much nutrition and a naturopathic approach can do to help and support.

My aim is to support, educate and help to balance your hormones to a more optimal state. Although not always necessary, diagnostic testing is available to help us understand your presenting picture and look at contributing factors.

As a naturopathic nutritional therapist, I develop a unique and personal nutritional plan tailored to you and your needs, without the fad diets, with a longer term strategy to nutritional health and wellbeing.

I would love to help you feel in tune with your hormones and put you back in control whilst educating you to understand how to love your hormones.

"After a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and perimenopause I was looking for a way to manage the symptoms I am experiencing naturally rather than through a reliance of pain killers. Claire has helped me so much with my journey after just a few months the cluster headaches I was experiencing have practically disappeared, my energy levels have increased and I feel once again that I am able to cope with life.  My journey is still ongoing but I have only positive results from the changes I have made so far.  Claire is so professional and knowledgeable she really cares."
