Migraines are more than just headaches, they are a complex neurological condition that can affect the entire body. They often involve changes in the brain’s chemistry, inflammation, and vascular function, influenced by hormones, stress, diet, environment, and nervous system sensitivity.

As a Naturopath and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, and someone who has personally experienced chronic vestibular migraine, I understand how debilitating these symptoms can be.
