CLAIRE'S COURSES
Self-paced courses are designed to give you the freedom to learn and make changes in a way that fits your life.

Instead of fixed schedules or weekly sessions, you move through the material at your own pace, choosing when and how quickly to work through each part. This allows you to absorb the information fully, revisit lessons whenever you need to, and implement changes gradually and sustainably.
It’s a flexible and accessible way to gain expert guidance while working within your own routine, supporting real and lasting shifts in your health and wellbeing.

THE HEALTHY KITCHEN RESET
A practical self-paced course to help
you build a nourishing low-toxic kitchen
The Healthy Kitchen Reset is a practical, self-paced course designed to help you create a nourishing, low-toxic kitchen that supports your health, energy and long-term wellbeing.

Created by Claire Jarvis, Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist, this foundational programme focuses on one of the most important spaces influencing your daily nutrition: your kitchen. When your kitchen is organised, intentionally stocked and set up to support healthy habits, preparing nourishing meals becomes easier, quicker and far less overwhelming.

Throughout the course you will not only learn the principles of building a healthier kitchen, but you will also create your own Healthy Kitchen Guide - a collection of practical handouts, guides and planning tools that you can continue to use long after the course is complete.

How the course works
The Healthy Kitchen Reset is delivered as a self-paced online course, allowing you to move through the content in your own time and return to the materials whenever you need guidance or inspiration.

The programme is divided into six practical modules, each designed to guide you step by step through transforming your kitchen and building supportive daily habits.

Module 1 – The Kitchen Reset
Assess your current kitchen setup, clear what no longer supports your health and identify simple opportunities to improve your habits and environment.

Module 2 – Stocking Your Kitchen for Success
Learn how to build a nourishing kitchen by stocking your cupboards, fridge and freezer with essential staples that support healthy eating.

Module 3 – Creating a Low-Toxic Kitchen
Explore simple swaps for cookware, food storage and cleaning products to reduce unnecessary toxins in your kitchen environment.

Module 4 – Smart Shopping and Simple Hacks
Gain confidence navigating food shops and learn practical insider tips for choosing better quality foods.

Module 5 – Lunches to Go and Meals in a Hurry
Discover flexible meal ideas, quick recipes and shortcuts to help you eat well even on busy days.

Module 6 – Your Weekly Kitchen Round-up
Learn a simple system for meal planning, shopping and keeping your kitchen organised week after week.
THE HEALTHY KITCHEN RESET
As you progress through the course, you will build your own Kitchen Starter Pack, including practical resources such as:

• General Product Shopping Guide with Pictures
• Healthy Eating Meal Ideas and Inspiration
