Programme Dates & How It Works
This six-week guided programme runs from 17 April to 29 May 2026.

New teaching modules are released each Friday, allowing you to work through the content at your own pace before we meet live the following week for discussion and guidance.
​
Live online support takes place every Tuesday from 7–8pm on:

​Each live session includes recap, implementation guidance and the opportunity to ask questions directly.
All sessions are recorded and uploaded for replay if you are unable to attend in real time.

You will have six months access to all programme materials, giving you space to revisit content and consolidate your learning.
